Our minimum booking periods:
2 nights for bed and breakfast and
3 nights for
self-catering apartments.
Our check-out time is
10:30 and check-in time is
15:30.
All displayed rates are per apartment or per room
and NOT per guest.
All charges indicated
are in € (Euro). To access a currency converter
click here. All
displayed charges are inclusive of Italian IVA at 10% (IVA = a value
added tax)
Main Season rates apply:
15th April to 30th October (inclusive)
Low Season
rates apply:
1st March - 14th April and October 31 - November 30 (inclusive)
Cancellation:
In the
unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your booking for any
reason, we shall return your deposit (or complete payment) in full
provided you notify us in writing within 60 days of your proposed
stay. Where notification of cancellation is received within less than
60 days prior to your stay, our policy is to make the following charges:
30 – 59 days 25% of the total cost, for cancellations received between
22 and 29 days 50% of the total cost and from 0 – 21 days 100% of the
total cost stay.
We recommend that you consider travel insurance for your vacation to
Italy.

evidence of these
charges for travel insurance purposes, if requested. |
Confirmed Booking:
In order to confirm your reservation we require a valid credit card from
which we reserve the right to take a deposit of 30% of the cost of your
total stay at the time of reservation, (we also accept PayPal®, Cheque/Check,
Money Transfer), the balance is
required 60 days prior to your arrival date
Children
and/or Pets:
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any pets or children under
12
years of age at any time.
Single occupancy:
Where available, rooms are available for single use at a lower rate
