Our minimum reservation periods:
2 nights for bed and breakfast and
3 nights for
self-catering apartments.
Our check-out time is
10:30 and check-in time is
15:30.
All displayed rates are per room or per apartment
and NOT per guest. All charges indicated
are in € (Euro). To access a currency converter
click here. All
displayed charges are inclusive of Italian IVA at 10% (IVA = a value
added tax)
Main Season rates apply:
April - October (inclusive)
Low Season
rates apply:
1st March - 14 April and October 31 - November 30 (inclusive)
Cancellation:
For individuals using Guest Rooms and
Apartments:
Credit card details are taken as a guarantee at the time of reservation
but no payment is deducted from the card at that time *.
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your reservation
for whatever reason, you need to notify us in writing and receive
an acknowledgment.
* If a reservation is cancelled more than 41 days before arrival date no
charge will be made.
* If cancelled 40 days or less the following charges will be made:
Cancellation made between 30 to 40 days prior to arrival: 25% of the
total stay.
Cancellation made between 22 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the
total stay
Cancellation made 21 days or less prior to arrival or no show: 100% of
the total stay.
Your acceptance and approval of the above is required when making a
reservation
We recommend that you consider travel
insurance for your trip to Italy.
For Group Reservations
where the whole of Casa Portagioia is
reserved, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of
reservation. Additionally, where a cancellation is received in
writing 60 days before the commencement of the reservation the following
applies:
Cancellation made between 40 to 59 days prior to arrival: 25% of the
total stay.
Cancellation made between 30 to 40 days prior to arrival: 50% of the
total stay
Cancellation made 30 days or fewer priors to arrival: or no show 100% of
the total stay.

required when making a reservation

Children
and/or Pets:
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any pets or children under
12
years of age at any time.
Single occupancy:
Where available, rooms are available for single use at a lower rate
