of our bed & breakfast rooms a minibar is available
for our guests. Any used item are replenished

In the event that you require a complete change
of bedding i.e. extra to our normal serviced
provision, simply request a change.
Charge for complete linen change is euro20.00

Plentiful towels, toweling gowns and pool
towels are provided and replaced as necessary.
We do ask our guests to be mindful of energy and
water - both of which are not plentiful in Italy

Internet & Email |
Wi Fi is available for
our guests. Internet facilities are available for
checking email etc. We do ask as a courtesy to
our other guests not to use Skype or similar at the
breakfast table.

We have
2 well maintained bicycles for daily hire to our guests.

Evening 'Dinner Party' |
During
the Main Season
(April - October) we regularly offer our
guests the opportunity to join 'an informal dinner
party' in our dining room from 7:30pm.
The charge is from euro41.00
for 5-courses with unlimited coffee (wine is not
included).

Lunch & Refreshments |
A small
lunch menu (salads, pasta, Panini) refreshments menu is available to our guests every
day. Morning coffee, light lunches, chilled
soft drinks, wine and cold beers are always
available.

Courtesy Services |
- We are always pleased to
make reservations on your behalf and can also
arrange certain museum entrances on your behalf. We try to maintain a stock of details
for our guests use concerning local events, places
to visit etc. We keep other details available
on our own intranet which is available for access our dining
room. All staff are fully bi-lingual in both English
and Italian

Dining out is a treat we all enjoy, especially
on vacation. We gladly offer our unbiased
opinion of many local restaurants and we're
happy to make bookings on your behalf when
requested.
