Hairdressing by Marcello	Marcello's professional hairdressing talents are very popular with guests planning a special night out or, often, just for the pleasure of being pampered. Charges for this service are very reasonable when available. Hairdryers are available upon request.
Room Servicing	All six bed and breakfast rooms are serviced daily (unless you specifically request otherwise of course).  We do not service the self-catering apartments unless specifically requested. Charge for a full apartment service is €15.00
Laundry Services	Serviced Laundry & Drying is available upon request along with the loan of iron and ironing board.  Laundry is returned the following day, ready to iron. Charge is €14.00 per serviced wash load (wash and hot air dry)
Self-Service Minibar	In all double bed & breakfast room a minibar is available for our guests.  Any used item are replenished daily, a replenishment receipt left and items charged to guest's account for payment upon departure.  Please note that this service is not available when booking Gioia.
Linen Services	In the event that you require a complete change of bedding i.e. extra to our normal serviced provision, simply request a change. Charge for complete linen change is €LinenChange Plentiful towels, towelling gowns and pool towels are provided and replaced as necessary.
Internet & Email	Internet facilities are available for  checking email etc.  Currently we offer Wi-Fi access only in our dining room. Charge is €3.50 per half-hour (See Our Guest Services/Internet & Email)
Bicycle Hire	We have 3 well maintained bicycles for daily hire to our guests. Daily charge is €6.00 per bicycle/day
Evening 'Dinner Party'	During the Main Season (15th April to 30th October) we regularly offer our guests the opportunity to join 'an informal dinner party' in our dining room from 8pm for dinner at 8.15pm. The charge is €35.00 for 5-courses with unlimited coffee (wine is not included). (See Our Guest Services/Dining In)
Lunch & Refreshments	A small refreshments menu is available to our guests every day.  Morning coffee, light lunches, chilled soft drinks, wine and cold beers are always available. (See Our Guest Services/Refreshments)
Provisioning For Apartments Only	Apartment guests are free to use our 'Basic Provisioning Pack' so that there's something to eat and drink upon arrival.  Details of local shopping is available on the Our Accommodations/Apartments page. (See Our Guest Services/Provisioning too)
Courtesy Services	We are always pleased to make reservations on your behalf and can also arrange certain museum entrances and book train tickets on your behalf (a requirement for high speed trains).  We try to maintain a stock of details for our guests use concerning local events, places to visit etc.  We keep other details available on our own intranet which is available for access our dining room.  All staff are fully bi-lingual in both English and Italian Dining out is a treat we all enjoy, especially on vacation.  We gladly offer our unbiased opinion of many local restaurants and we're happy to make bookings on your behalf when requested. (See Our Guest Services/Dining Out) We offer our Links page (See Help & Visitor Services/Helpful Links) as a guide to many of the attractions available to you during your stay at Casa Portagioia. Please note that the 'Helpful Links' page is currently 'under construction' (October 2005) but will be fully complete for 2006.
In-Room Internet Access THIS SERVICE IS NOT YET AVAILABLE	When we finally have ADSL/Broadband services available we will offer full internet access to all accommodations. The charge for 24hr Internet access @ 2Mbs will be €InternetAccess per day.
Additional Breakfast	Apartment or non-resident guests are welcome to take breakfast at Casa Portagioia. Breakfast is €13.00 per person (See Our Guest Services/Breakfast Menu)
